This problem could easily be solved by fair and reasonable hiring practices. If teachers were hired as teachers and not window dressing. If candidates were judged based on teaching ability
rather than commercial appeal. If the textbooks made any sense. If the school gave a Damn about the students.If the students cared about learning then all might not be well but it would be a lot better.
