Dear Sir/Madam

Please excuse the "Dear Sir/Madam" approach but I did not know who to otherwise address this email to. I shall be arriving in Bogota hopefully all going well by Wednesday evening. I have just recently been awarded the TEFL certificate in Cusco, Peru. I am in Peru now but I am actively seeking employment in Colombia. Cali would be my first choice to work, but I would be happy to work anywhere in Colombia.
